Greetings!
I've been a Marshall and Fender guy for years and the last Mesa I had was about 20 years ago.
Yesterday I picked up a hardwood Mark IV and boy do I love this amp!!
Had to join the forum and learn a bunch about these amps.... 8)

About 20 years ago I had an F50 combo with a vertical 2-12" cabinet. I could not get what I wanted out of it so I moved on.
I just played a music festival last night at a ski resort in New Hampshire with the Mark IV and i was very happy with it. I still need to spend time to dial in the tones I want, but i can tell it will work great for me.

Lots of tones in there. The manual is very useful. It can be downloaded here..

This amp is perfect for what I do. Classic rock-style originals. We just warmed up for Eric BURDON and the Animals and it got kudos from the band. Frikin love it!

That's awesome.
I always liked them.

Definitely. I've been a big fan of the IV.

Glad you are getting a kick out of it.

May your amp live long and prosper.

Yes, this amp is an excellent platform for pedals. That Single EV is s monster and can handle a lot before breaking up. We opened for Grand Funk 2 weeks ago and headlined an outdoor concert last week on Long Island Sound- this amp does not disappoint in any venue!
