For my crunch sound, I really like the tone of my F50 with a Tube Screamer. However, even at a good distance, I get an unwanted high microphonic sounding feedback. Can this be rectified by putting a 31 band eq in the effects loop? btw, the tube screamer is in-line with the guitar input. thanks.

The tube screamer inverts the phase of the audio signal. The signal is out of phase.
This is why it squeals with microphonics.
You need to invert the output of the effects pedal, so that it is IN phase.
A technician could probably modify it.
EVERYBODY has this problem, not just you. Its a very common complaint with tube screamer pedal.
