I just picked up a used F-30, and while I've only had a few hours to play with it, I really like it so far. One thing that's bugging me though is that the reverb seems to be low on the gain channel, even when it's dimed. I gave it a full retube when I got it, so I know it's not a tube issue. I've got the reverb up almost halfway on the clean channel and I think the reverb sounds great there. But on the lead channel, it seems much shorter and lower in the mix. Is there an issue with my amp, or is this by design? Thanks in advance

To anyone wondering, I contacted Mesa and they said this is by design. They said lots of spring reverb doesn't sound great with lots of gain, and I have to agree. Good thing it's got an effects loop!
