F-50 Mods; A couple of questions~

I have an F-50 combo and simply love the clean channel. Channels 2 and Contour leave much to be desired for me. Too compressed, fizzy etc. I've been attempting to trade it but thus far nothing offered has done it for me. I'm interested in the second channel having more of a Marshall flavor, with the contour simply becoming a boost.

Has anyone here done this and/or do you know of a good tech who can do these mods??

The amp is what it is. You're going to have an easier time getting an amp you like than modifying one you don't.

I recommend looking at an Electradyne.
