In an attpempt to keep posts consolidated, I tried [to no avail] to find the post about badged and non Mesa Boogie" badged F50 heads and combos.
Form what I remember of that post, the early amps did not have the badge on the grill cloth and later ones did.
With that in mind, did mesa change anything internally on them during the run to coincide with that badging ?
On my wine and whicker F50 head and 1x12 3/4 back rig, the head does NOT have the badge on the whicker, according to the post I read here it would then be an early one?
I finally found a worthy Custom tolex F50 combo and am ready to jump on it.. It DOES have the "MB" badge on the grill.
Assuming then that it is later in the production, will I have any changes to contend with as with the mark amps ?
Thanks !
