Call Mesa. They will probably still make cabs for the F series, and they are not too bad for price.

Is it the same size as Mark IV widebody cab?

F50s are almost all medium-width (23"). There were some short chassis versions early on.

Mesa Cheap?
I priced a Wine and whicker 1x12, 3/4 back to match mine and the quote was $795 my cost not retail.
I dont think that is reasonable at all.
I'd venture to say that anything wood and whicker will start @ a grand+
