I use the FX loop on my F50, so I have 4 signal cables running back and forth, plus the footswitch cable. I looked into snakes, and they are pretty expensive, especially as you get more and more custom with them. A guy at my local guitar store recommended a cable sleeve from Monster. I normally HATE Monster products, but this is really cool. It comes with a tool to help you zip the sleeve over the cables, and it works really well. It is also reusable, so you can change or add cables later. Really simplifies setup and teardown, and makes for a neater stage setup.
