This my first time posting to any kind of board. I've been a fly on the wall for many a forum but have never posted. I'd like to start by saying hi and please forgive me
For any etiquette I might breach.
Now to the problem or maybe not.
Picked up a stiletto ace combo (1x12) the other day. Sounds fantastic (3rd bogie I've owned) but I pulled the head component out and behold a modification. It seems to a copper peice that's from a pre amp tube. Please see picture. Any help would be greatly appreciated with this problem.

Re: Just picked up a stiletto ace (unexpected mod)
I own a stiletto ace head that has the same thing. Its not a mod for sound but it fixed a factory defect on the circuit board that caused both channel masters to work together instead of separately. Apparently there are more than one with this problem.
