So I've never changed tubes myself before.
I have a Stiletto Deuce 2.
Is it easier to remove the chassis or is there enough
room to get by without removing it?
And are the 4 screws on the bottom of the amp
the ones that have to be removed to make it happen?

There's no need to remove the chassis, just the aluminum "C" channel the protects the tubes. After that there is plenty of room inside to work.
