8 pind din layout

Hi,

I'm trying to do a little hobby projet to build a box that can convert midi messages to signals for the 8 pin footswitch controller input on the roadster.
Would anybody now what the pin layout specs for the 8pin port ?

Hello.

One pin carries the signal for channel change (1-4) and others are relay on/off signals (Rev/solo/mute/fx-loop). There may be also ground wire. I don’t remember and don’t have Roadster or Mark V to test.

One can measure/test which is which and reverse engineer the signals used to trigger channel switching logic. I would personally spend that hobby time actually playing the guitar :lol:
