Hi guys, my Triple Rectifier is humming & I hoped you could help me troubleshoot. Here's the details.

It doesn't hum (or isn't as noticeable) at lower volumes.
I unplugged everything but the speaker cable/cabinet & it still hums.
The humming gets louder as I turn the volume up & lower as I turn the volume down.
I have the effects loop hard bypassed.

I recorded this clip with nothing but the speaker cable & cab plugged into the amp. All the electrical devices in the room were turned off & unplugged. I had the gain & volume up really high. Towards the end of the clip I turn the gain down & you can hear the hum without the hiss.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Wow... I've posted 2 threads & no replies to either. I guess this forum is dead. Anyway, I figured out it was a pre-amp tube causing the hum.
