Just got a mini 25 and I want to make sure it's working correctly: when I play at a reasonable volume on the Modern setting then switch to Vintage, there's a huge volume drop. Is this normal? I understand that it might be due to differences in gain structure, etc., but I want to double-check to make sure it's working as intended. - Thanks!

Sounds normal to me, that has been my experience with any Rectifier series amp I have played, and I’ve played them for almost two decades.
This is mostly due to the increased sensitivity in the power section when in Modern mode.
