Hello!
My Rectoverb 25 combo is making some loud crackling noises, even with ALL controls down. All tubes are OK since I tested them with a tester and also tried with new ones, and the noise is always present does not matter the channel or configuration. Already tried many things but I am not sure if it could be a failing resistor/capacitor. They all seem to be fine, since this is an almost brand new amp.
Any ideas?
