Ohm question Single rectifier

Post by deadtotheworld » Wed Nov 07, 2018 12:23 pm

The Single rec has an 8ohm input and 2x 4ohm inputs.
I want to use my 2 EVH 2x12 cabs both 16ohms.

Can I plug both of the cabs into both of the 4ohm inputs?
Will this harm anything and will i lose any power?

Ive searched all over the place for an answer but couldnt seem to find one.

Cheers

Yes, that is an exceptable mismatch, and is shown as such in the amps owners manual.
