Tried the search function on the forum with no luck #noob

Anyway on my multi-watt dual recto I'm having a problem on the clean channel.
The problem is little to no volume, in other words you can barley hear it with the channel volume, gain, and master cranked all the way up, literally only a whisper of volume.
The other two channels are fine, no problems at all.

I've tried rolling a few different preamp tubes with no luck.
If it means anything the amp sat unplayed for around 7 months, the last time it was played it worked with no problems.

Any of you wise guys a have any ideas on what could be going on?

Thanks for looking!!!!

How did you go with this? Did you get anywhere? Mine is quiet to compared to ch 1 and 2. If I want it louder it starts to distort and I like my cleans like crystal.

Where do you have your channel masters set?

I find that to keep the clean channel ‘clean’, I need to keep the lead channel Masters no higher than 9:30-10:00 with Modern mode, or 10:30-11:00 with Vintage mode. Any higher and the clean channel volume can’t compete without breaking up.
