Mini rectifier clean channel volume

Hi there, happy to belong to that forum.

just bought a used mini rectifier. Found there is a major volume difference between clean channel and vintage mode. Of course I know modern mode is pretty not usable at bedroom level, but I am surprised that I have to run my clean channel at gain noon and master 11oclock-noon for bedroom level. Have I got an amp issue? or a bad tube? thanks

In comparison , my lead tone is Noon for gain and 7 o'clock for master

Hey, do you know how old it is? I would recommend re-tubing it.

it is a 2011 version, the previous owner says it was re tubed one year ago.

But for my understanding, I would like to know if volume difference exist between clean and vintage.

As a reference my V: 25 has the same volume settings whatever clean or dirt channel...

The Mini Rectifier that I owned, the volumes were pretty close in channel 1 clean and channel 2 vintage.
