If you are using Silicon Diode rectification for all three of your channels, are you even using the 5U4GB rectifier tubes at all?
 
Yes and no. They're in the circuit all the time. When silicon diodes are selected, they are switched in parallel with the rectifier tubes. However, they don't have any effect on the tone as current now has much easier path.
 
You can even take out all the rectifier tubes when using the solid state rectification, if the idea is for saving those tubes. :p
