No LEDs or sound out of Dual Rec 3 channel

Hi all,

I'm not getting any sound or LEDs on the channels or the foot switcher. When I use the channel switch knob on the back I hear the clicking of channel switching but none of the LEDs or sound come out.

I'm going to look at V1 but I also suspect LM3914 might be bad.

Otherwise the amp turns on as normal and hear the power section turning on at power up.

Any thoughts? Thanks for any help!
 
Do you see V1 filaments glowing? Any sound if you run signal into FX loop return?
 
It works now.

Swapped an old V1 in and replaced some rectifier diodes while I had it open.
