Hi,

A friend of mine bought a RKII for cheap and when I got it for retubing I noticed it had an unkown type of output transformer without any markings on it. Comparing with pictures from the net it's obviously not the original one which according to the schematic is part#562800. After further investigation it seems like this type of OT is used only in the RK series of amps.
I would appreciate if some of you who own a RKII just check if the OT of your amp has the same part number and/or if you could at least measure the stack size so I can have a better idea what to look for.
What do you think - is it going to be closer to a Strategy400/Triple recto or to a regular DR type? From picture the stack size looks bigger than the regular DR smaller than the Triple.
