Hi, I currently have an RME9632, which is the A/D converter I will use but I also need to buy a mic/guitar preamp.

Now I am looking to these two:

-M-Audio DMP3
-FRMAudio RNP8380.

Any experience with these two? Is the RNP8380 worth the 300$ more?
