All this cool stuff and now a direct factory liaison??!! It doesn't get any better than this. (thumbs-up)

Thank you, in advance, AB for your support. Thanks to Mesa for caring to undertake this effort. It may sound somewhat meager to some, but this really is a very big deal.

Most of all, GREAT JOB to grailtone.com's management!

Sorry, I'm all out of thanks now. :D

AB says: "Boogie is seeking to raise its reputation for service".

You already have Mike Bendinelli over there. What else are you planning to do? It doesn't come any better.

Welcome to the site, great to have you on board. Now let me direct you to the area where it's all happening over at the Mark 5 section... it's probably best if you spend most of your time over there.

I have been using Mesa amps since 1976 and the service I've received from Randy Smith, Mike Bendinelli, and Georgia Woolsey has always been outstanding. This is wonderful news that they will be participating in the forum. Ed Wool

Thanks for participating. Nice to get info direct from the source. Does Mesa have a email tech line? If not, it would seem that that may be a faster way to get questions answered.

Thank you AutorizedBoogie for coming on board so to speak. I have talked to the parts dept and ordered many things over the years, I have purchased custom headshells, and I have had a few amps in your shop for "the going through". I am always impressed by he conversations I've had with staff there, I am never rushed off of the phone and I do get call backs when I leave a message.

Thank you for the great support I've experienced.
