They were sued in the 70's or 80's, but they can only be punished for selling their guitars to America.
Well I backed out at the last minute on the auction. Sorry I was selling to help out a family stituation that helped itself so I was able to keep it.
As for the questions. Plays great, smaller profile neck on it not the big baseball type. I havem't decided about the pickups yet, a bit dark but that's what a les Paul should be like. As far as lawsuit these are only available to the Canadian market. Check out http://www.jsdguitarshack.com/
