Im looking for a tube tester to let me know the life left in my tubes roughly. Would the IT21 be capable of this?

A guy selling one local, says its in working order and willing to let it go for $50. Should I grab it?
 
I ended up grabbing it as well as a crap load of old tubes, some still in original boxes.

The tester is in excellent condition, only had to tighten the plate voltage knob. Other than that it appears to work. Just need to clean it up.
 
That tester is an emmisions tester,wont tell you much beside good/bad.If it has a shorts test or gas test they will be about the only reliable info.
