Fixed Bias in Tremoverb

Post by TremoJem » Fri May 06, 2011 5:59 am

What is the fixed bias set to in Tremoverbs?

I am looking at Groove Tubes for my two Tremoverbs and am reviewing the chart on their website.

I would like to match up the correct 6L6 to that bias voltage.

Thanks

You can use their tubes in the 4 to 7 range. The lower numbers will break up earlier.

the page has a comparision between GT's numbers and the Mesa tube colour system.
Triple Crown 50 combo
Electra Dyne and Royal Atlantic heads
Express 5:25 1x12 combo
JCM800 2203
Deluxe reverb reissue
Traditional 2x12, 4x10 and 23" 1x12 cabs.
