I have that same setup, it sounds awesome on guitar. It sounds even better on electric piano, through the cab of my Fender Twin. I keep it at Kurt Cobain's setting Bass 3-4 Middle 6-7 Treble 7-8.
For my Rhodes i just bring the treble from that to about 2 and it gives the smoothest, most relaxing tone. It reminds me of Chris Rea's piano tone more than a little bit, which I'm a fan of because he's one of my favorite musicians.
Any recording tips would be appreciated, I feel like I loose the mojo in my recordings.
