I love the Foos! I love how they mix the clean tones in with the crunch tones. Does anyone know how to dial in the clean tones Dave gets from his Vox AC130?

I've got a Mark V combo, and a studio pre amp/2:100 power amp setup.

Thanks in advance! Rock on!

I'd post this in the Mark V board, you might get more answers specific to the Mark V.

As for the tone, I have no real settings to give you, but maybe some suggestions with the Mark V. Although I have never played a Vox amp before, try playing around with Edge Mode in Channel 2. It should be the most "Vox-like" of the channels on the Mark V, according to the manual and several board members. Run it pretty clean and that might get you in the ball park. If you didn't want to use Chan 2 for this, opting for Chan 1, I wouldn't use the Tweed Mode. It's definitely my favorite mode on Chan 1, but it's to thick and chunky sounding to get that light, chimmy, bright sounding, Vox tone.
