F-30 F-50 soundclips please?

From what I've heard the F50 sounds really great on the "metal" clips that I have found. I'm hoping the F30 sounds equally as good and can do some classic rock crunch as well (i'm mostly into hard rock, classic rock stuff -- metal is fun though). If it can do that, then I'm all over the F30. I'm just afraid the F50 will be too loud for bedroom practice and noodling with recordings -- that's the only thing stopping me from scooping one up.

theyre both too loud! hehe. the f30 is going to sound more marshall-ish
because its el84, where as the f50 is going to sound more like

You're right about the "loudness". From this post I read on another board 30 and 50 ain't much of difference in "loudness".

How sensitive is the master volume on those amps? Can you get decent tones at like TV volume -- or is it pretty much, loud and louder. lol

thats actually the third version, i just redid all the guitars using my boogie.
even tho its only 30 watts, its pretty much loud or louder, specially if
you plan to record it.
i mic'ed the combo with a 609 and ran my 4x12 at 16 ohms
which makes it sound much more tight and compressed and used a
octavia mk319 45 degrees off axis about 3 inches away. HUGE!!!
ill post more later of me just straight in with nothing else so you can really
hear the guitar tones

back to the subject,
yes the 30 is plenty loud. Its probably going to be the one that you want.
It will excell over the 50 for bedroom playing EASILY. I also think the voicing is going to be more to your liking if you are into classic rock. Thats not to say the 50 cant do it, but as vulture mentioned, the EL84s in the 30 are going to get you more bite and crunch.

Sorry but I'm not buying the below chart. There is NO WAY a 10 watt amp is 62% as loud as a 50 watt. And a 1/2 watt 25% as loud...sorry but someone at amptone had a hard night of partying before posting that info (no reflection on you frogger!!). My 50 watt ROV will make your ears bleed if you stand in front of it.

One thing that has me a little worried about this amp is the volume issue. I mostly noodle around in the bedroom and occasionally record. I've already damaged my hearing a little and I'd hate to do more damage. I want a boogie but it's gotta be able to get satisfying tones at low levels.
I dunno if that's possible with the F-30. From what you guys have said it doesn't sound like it. :\ But I want to believe it is! lol
Vulture, I would still LOVE to hear that F-30 w/o backing tracks. Just pure amp tone. Hey, this is probably a stupid request but a clip of it at low volumes might help me pull the trigger on one of these as well.
