Help with rig set-up?

Ok, check it out. I've been building up some cool gear over the last few months and need some help getting it all to work together.Here's what I got,
Mesa triple rec,
pod xt live,
mesa 2-90 power amp,
Randall cab, v-30's,
Thd hotplate,
What I would like to acomplish or what I think would be cool is using my triple rec as my main rythm sound and use my pod for solo's and clean sounds and such. I was kinda thinkin about using the triple's slave out ( with hotplate as a load) as one preamp and the pod as another preamp and somehow switching between them and then going int the 2-90 power amp, but aint really sure of the best way to acomplish this. I know you guys here are always full of good idea's so let me know what yall think.

sell the power amp, plate, pod, buy rivera chubster combo for practice, use mesa rig for playing out, band,etc...
