Power house 1200 and Titan V-12

Hi all
I am new here and have just purchased the above mentioned amp and cab new. I have used it twice in the studio but now have people running out because the cab has a very strong burning wire smell. I shut it down and I am waiting to contact Mesa after holiday. I have played old rattle box cabs all my life and finally when I get something really great it smokes. I have it set to the factory R&B settings and don't play very loud because of the studio. Has anyone else smoked a cab in just two uses? I don't even know what could have burned up in this cab. I read the instructions three times and have it set up very mild not even using the OD.

I don't know about the States, presumably where you live...
But in Portugal that happens due to 2 things...
first - not enough power from your electric circuit to feed the amp and cab.
second - something inside the cab or amp that is touching something it shouldn't.

Contact Mesa... they are, really, the only ones who can help you while in warranty!
