Well, I traded my old 2x12 vertical cab in for a Marshall MF400 oversize 4x12. Got her home and plugged into the Mark IV and played for about a half hour. First off, this thing is HUGE! 35"x30"x15" huge. Second, it houses 4 Celestion G12K100 speakers. That's right baby! 400 watts. Third, this thing is HUGE! 2x12's and combos are toys. I am completely ruined after cranking up this monster. (my hearing may be ruined also :lol: ) The speakers are great. Darker than the g12t100's I had in my 2x12 but with more definition and midrange growl. The bottom end? It's a freaking abyss. Other than some pretty descent reviews on HC, I haven't been able to find much info on this cab. Anyone know anything more about it? Years produced, etc.
