I have one 1 x 12 mesa boogie cab and one 2 x 12 cab, both 8 ohms. I want to use these on blackstar 5 watt head which has a speaker output of 1 x 8 ohm or 2 x 16 ohm and 1 x 16 ohm. I don't know where will I plug my two cabs. Is it safe to plug my first cab (2 x 12) to the 1 x 8 ohm output from the head and then plug the other cab (1 x 12) to the parallel out from the first cab? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would check the manual and see if you're amp is even capable of running at 4 ohms. An amp with that little what might not be equipped for it.
