Just bought a used SVT-3 pro for $150. The dude let me know before hand the volume gets low after awhile of playing.

I jamemd on it today and it did what the seller said. Could it be electrical? or bad pre amp tubes?

Suggestions please.
 
Oh man....I suspect that the issue is on the front of the amp.
I you look at the ampeg logo you will see the problem.
