Hi all, new owner of Mark V-25 and 2x12 rectified vertical slant cab.

I'm having signal pop issues with my maxon tube screamer each time I stomp.

And

I stack a maxon analog delay with a TC Elec. flashback delay. On all three channels they sound good but when i switch to any of the channels on channel 2 the delay gets wonky and super robotized.

Any tips or tricks for remedy?

Thanks

You may be overdriving the inputs of the loop effects. Most pedal effects are designed for instrument level, and the FX send of amps, Mesa in particular, are a lot higher. I had that issue with the V:25 even with a TC rack box that was designed for line level.

The master controls the FX loop send level, so try turning that down. I couldn't run it more than about 11:00 with the TC box in the loop. If you need to make up the gain after the effects boxes, try adding a preamp like a micro amp or EH Booster, or use an Ebtech Line-Level Shifter to drop the level into the FX boxes and then raise it back up for the FX Return. The Line Level Shifter is a transformer, so it will also stop ground loop hum.
