I recently purchased a Mesa Express 5;50 plus and now have no need for any of my "dirt" pedals. I'm wondering for those who had similar experience , which pedals did you keep?
I'm thinking just delay/chorus type, otherwise the Mesa covers everything else.

Late responding, but here goes;

Yes, I have had the same experience as the OP, in that the Express + Eq & gain staging options provide enough flexibility to allow selling off many of my dirt pedals, which were mainly in the category of AIB pedals. I keep 2 MIAB (Weehbo JCM drive & Menatone WMB), & Menatone's TBIAC pedal on hand for times when I want a more exact Marshall or Vox AC like tone; also retain copious choices in fuzz, including a good treble boost. Most often though, I find I am satisfied with getting my dirt from the 5:50+ itself ( I tend to play mostly on the clean - crunchy side of the spectrum anyway).
