Axe II with a Mark V

Post by Laskyman » Sat Oct 12, 2013 3:03 pm

Wondering if anyone is using them successfully in 4cm. Mine is a Mark II version, so it should have already had the bandwidth mod on output 2...
At bedroom volume, it sounds ridiculous- add some dbs, the noise is over the top. I'd love to be using them both successfully- some folks recommend adding a ART Clean Box to the signal chain...anyone else have any advice /ideas? I really don't want to build a board for the V...

I used the 4CM method with Axe FX 2, and the Mark V quite successfully. no issues. i tried the hum buster cables, but i didn't really have any noise issues so it didn't matter one way or the other.

Hum buster cables completely solve all problems.
