Is it possible to use the TC Electronics G Force to do analog switching on a Mark V head? I want to be able to switch between the three channels of my Mark V via my G Force. Is this possible?

Thanks

Thanks

Is this why John Petrucci uses three separate Mesa heads in his rig? Does he do this because you cannot have analog switching with effects gear and Mesa heads due to Mesa's proprietary wiring in their channel switching chords?

Thanks

Lastly will I need a Mini Amp Gizmo to do channel switch on the Mark V via my G Force?

More likely the extra amps are spares.

I use a G-System to switch channels on my Mark V.

Are you using an intermediary device like the Mini Amp Gizmo to do this? Not sure how the G Force differs from the G System.

Thanks

No.

Not sure how the G Force differs from the G System.

The G-System, G-Major and G-Major 2 all have switching relays.

The G Force doesn't.

If you have a G Force you'll need something like the Mini Amp Gizmo to channel switch using MIDI.

Ok thanks. I am assuming the G Force is the older of the units - correct?

Thanks
