Pardon my ignorance - How do I attach Pics?

I hit the Img button and it just give me this:

What is that and how do I go about attaching a Picture I have on my hard drive? I was thinking that button would open something to let me browse for the jpg I want. Or do I have to have my pics out on a website somewhere?

You cannot upload pictures from your harddrive. They need to be hosted elsewhere.
Try www.photobucket.com, registration is free and painless. Many gearheads here have an account there to make others drool over.
