I've owned both. They are pretty differently voiced amps. The Stiletto will get way more gain than a TA, and is closer to a bright Marshall voice. The TA is more like a Vox meets Tweed voice and to me has a more vintage type drive. Also you get reverb with the TA30, the Stiletto doesn't have reverb.
So it really comes down to what kind of tones you're looking to get. Both are great amps at what they do.
