5150 Combo puzzler...

I am the original owner of a 5150 Combo circa mid 90's. Of late, the reverb is getting weaker and weaker. Upon examination when I dropped the chassie to inspect, I noticed only one reverb spring left. I guess the others rusted and fell out over all the years of moving the amp. Does anyone know where I can find an exact replacement on the reverb tank? Specifically what part number it is so I don't have to go thru Peavey? Or, is it possible to replace the springs? Any advice would be helpful.

The tank should have a model number on it which looks something like this:
