Anyone seen the forthcoming Fredrik Thordendal from Meshuggah's signature amp from DAR? Sounds amazing!! Using tubes that were originally used in Siviet MIG's. Cool huh?

I saw that about a month ago. Sounds kinda gimmicky using those tubes. And they're pricey. Maybe I'm just cheap, but I'll stick to my tiny EL84's. Ha.
 
Man, I do not know what to think about this. I think that sound slays but it's not exactly my cup of tea? idk
 
I really really love the sound as well. I don't play that type of music though. And at $2700, it's not something I plan on buying. But still cool anyways.
 
I like it but wouldn't sell my recto to get it, as I finally have my tone with the 2ch Triple.

To each his own 8)
