Ibanez RG Alternatives

Hello all!

I've been wondering if there are any guitars similar to Ibanez's RG Prestige series.

I'm trying to find something with a bolt-on maple neck & alder body. Even better if there's some maple on top of the alder.

I've owned a couple of prestiges, but I want to try something other than basswood in a similar configuration.

How do you like the MII? Is the neck similar to the Ibanez's?

J Custom. It's Ibanez's custom shop. I have one, it's maple on mahogany, same neck as RG. Wonderful guitar.

I bet it's awesome! Those are, unfortunately, a bit outside my price range at the moment.

Anyone here has played LGM guitars? Particularly the LGM Scorpion?
