It's a Scala Logic, it has 3 sets of singles and dual humbuckers trying to emulate both a Strat type and LP type guitar. Both sets of pickups can be active at the same time (in stereo as well) in any configuration. PRS himself was handed one of these at a NAMM show decade ago which inspired him to design his 513 version (5 pickups - 13 sound combinations). This one has 5 pickups and 23 sound combinations.
The guy who designed this, among other guitars, went on to become a partner at Gary Kramer Guitars (of Kramer fame). Now he's running both companies and you can check some of his work at http://www.scalaguitarsusa.com (site seeems to be under construction but there are plenty of galleries around). No pricing though at the time.
