Finally Got My Dream Guitar

So last night my 1980 Gibson E/2 explorer finally arrived. she's got a little wear and tear, but for a guitar thats 30-31 years old thats normal. she's a beaut and weighs a good bit thanks to the layered 5 piece body of walnut and maple. she needs a set up cuz shes got some buzz in the lower strings, but overall I'm in love with her. Yet to name her, so if you got suggestions go for it.

Nice Explorer...looks very clean!! Don't know about a name though...you'll just have to play her...she'll tell you

I had one in the mid 80's...total tone monster...her name was Blackie. Kinda wish I had another now and again! :wink:
