In case anyone is interested or has similar problems.

Heard a pop, then channel switching wouldn't work. Channels 1 and 3 were both 3 and only the controls on channel 3 would work. Channels 2 and 4 were both 4. Only controls on 4 would work. Lots of other weird problems too. I can't remember all the details but it was messed up. Tubes were fine.

I took the amp out and looked at everything. I couldn't find any signs of obvious damage like a spot that got too hot or if anything melted.

I sent to Mesa in August since there is no authorized service center where I live. Figured if I have to ship it, I'll ship it to Mesa. I live in Alaska and it cost about $200 total to ship to them with tubes in a separate box.

I got it back yesterday. Everything works. Listing the parts they replaced.

1x - IC 7805 5 Volt Pos Regulator TO-220, Part Number 518805, $2.00
1x - Jack Mono Staked, Part Number 619357, $3.80
1 hour shop time, $110.00

Total for repairs and freight, $155.

Took forever but pretty happy with everything. Never had to get an amp repaired before.
