Anyone know when the rectifier cabinetry made its debut? It is said the amp was announced in '91 for '92 so did 1992 also bring the cabs? Both OS and Trad 4x12's and horizontal 2x12 right off the bat?
I have a C16645 with March '93 V30's. I thought it was the perfect candidate for new wrapping but I know the early rectos were leather dressed. On second take I'm thinking the bubbled out dressing on the '93 4x12 could be leather not vinyl. I'm not sure I could get the back of this thing off anyway as it seems welded on with a sticky tape, beer and stripper vomit. Jk, but it's really REALLY on there.
Does anyone have a 93 cab or earlier and is it tolex or leather? I'll get a better pic but you can see it in the background here. If I could fill it with stuffing it would be a Mesa Tuck and Roll.
