My Dual Rec recently stopped working, continually blowing fuses even after power tube changed, wouldn't even turn on without a fuse going. So I sent it in to get repaired. They called me yesterday saying that it did this because it was excessively dirty and apparently 2 pre-amp tubes were shot...

So My dual rec shut off on my with a slight flicker of the lights in my house as i was jamming with my band. No problem I thought, must be the tubes. Change all 4 power tubes. Put in a new fuse. Still blowing the fuse. And ideas on what the problems might be?
