Mark IV re-tube, want JP tone
Hi all, I want to get the tone of JP of DT on SC (their latest). Which tubes should I use for my Mark IV? The tone is one of very tight, defined distortion for ryth's on the lead channel, and very smooth high gain leads. Thanks all, much appreciated! -

Removing the Mark IV from its shell?
I'm trying to remove my 1992 Mark IV out of its short chassis case so I can stick it in a rack, and the thing won't budge! I removed the top 4 screws and it moves about a half inch towards the rear but then just gets stuck, it won't budge beyond that point. I don't see anything in the way...- stogin
