you wont believe the difference when you try it. it magnifies everything you like about your tone and boosts its clarity. i used it once and just put all the settings in the middle. that alone made a huge difference. i wound up boosting the low mids a bit and it sounded even better. awesome...

not for me. i adore my v30s and hellatone 60s.. its tight and beautiful sounding to me. a mixture of soul and balls all the way up to brutal if necessary...yet always warm as ****.

my tremoverb really didnt seem muddy to me. i shouldnt have used that word. but the eq improved the clarity and focus of the amp considerably. i could be due for a retube. i will be retubing my amp this fall most likely.

i tried my boss ge-7 EQ on my tremoverb rig last night. it improved the amp's tone so **** much its insane. it was louder, clearer and more present without using more volume. its a must have. simply run it through your effects loop.

it does sound good. yes the hellatones are broken in v30s. i have 2 v30s in my tremoverb combo and i can say they sound the same, only the hella 60s are buttery warm right out of the box. cant say enough good stuff about these speakers.

my tremoverb combo has 2 V30s in it. i use it with a LOPO 2x12 cab with hellatone 60s. i guess its redundant being theyre all basically v 30s, but i do get a tight sound. think clutch meets metallica. the LOPO cab has a closed back, so that helps tightness too. to the op. how do you like those...
