    For most in your face id have to say hands down Mark Morton, Willie Adler, and Pat O'brien amazingly aggressive players. Andy Timmons is another, he's not quite in your face but he"ll rip your face off

    tone is decent, i think a little too many mids, but thats just me. Definitely good enough for a demo

    It's thru a marshall cab with gt-75s, its a jcm800 cab. the mic is a $30 logitech USB stick microphone.

    ^ I KNOW!!! i got it VERY cheap, and now looking back i think it's worth a tad more... I was messing around with the eq and i love the versatility it has, im finally starting to be happy with my tone! :D :D

    I like the speakers in the marshall, but wanna get some v30 action in there too. Ill probably buy a 2x12 with v30s, maybe a used boogie or an avatar, then i can use the 2x12 for smaller jam sessions and both for gigs :D

    What level do you have the FX mix control? if you have it all the way up the fx wont turn off, I had that problem once :oops:

    i think you'd be quite happy with the dc-5, i have a dc-10 and play mostly metal but i like a nice clean tone, and i can achieve that with the DC. This thing is VERY versatile. I think you would be very pleased with it but the only way your going to know is for you to go try it yourself, if...

    would this item work for recording my actual amp, cause I really like my tone and dont want digital stuff. Would the toneport be good or would another product suit me better?
