Paul from Between the Buried and Me is using a Mark V live. Killer tones and they put on a good show. Just thought i would share. Also check out Animals as Leader they kick butt also

After seeing Dream theater last night i got to see Petrucci`s rig also. Hes using four Mark Vs. All set up completely different from one another. One thing i noticed was the mark V set up for clean had an upside down v-curve on the GEQ

Just wondering if anybody has had a chance to test drive one. Im really diggin the V-plex for plexi tones.

Has anybody checked out the new John Petrucci pickups? I must say the description for them is very interesting. The liquifire may be the neck pickup i need for smooth and articulate lead tones :mrgreen:

I have a mogami gold cable. I love it. Expensive? yes like 60 bucks. I replaced my cable with it and noticed an immediate difference in tone. It let the tone of my guitar shine through.
